FlowSpeak is an AI-powered speech coaching application for adults who stutter. It is operated by Beotela OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria.

Where paid plans are offered, payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
FlowSpeak does not store complete payment card details. We may receive limited billing information, transaction status information, and subscription details from our payment providers.
FlowSpeak supports people who stutter. Information you choose to share with the AI coach, in onboarding, or in a story may describe your speech, your stutter, or how you feel about it. Such information may constitute health-related data and therefore “special category data” under Article 9 GDPR.
We process this information only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to provide it, and solely to deliver your coaching experience. Providing this information is entirely voluntary — you can use the Service while sharing as little as you wish, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the relevant content or your account, or by contacting us.
No voice or audio data. FlowSpeak is a text-based coaching service. We do not record, capture, transcribe, or store any voice recordings, audio of your speech, or stutter sounds, and we do not access your microphone for these purposes.
FlowSpeak uses an artificial intelligence provider to generate coaching responses.
When you use the AI coach, the messages and contextual information needed to generate a response are processed by our AI provider. Our current AI provider is Anthropic. We require our provider to process data in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations, and not to use your content to train its models other than as permitted under our agreement with it.
