These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlowSpeak, including the website flowspeak.me and any related services, applications, features, APIs, and content (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Beotela OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria (“FlowSpeak”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
The Service is designed for adult use and is not intended for children.

FlowSpeak is an AI-powered speech coaching application designed to support adults who stutter. The Service may include guided speech exercises, an AI coaching chat, progress and streak tracking, onboarding questionnaires, an exercise library, and the option to share your story.
FlowSpeak provides coaching and self-help support only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified speech-language therapist or other healthcare professional. See Section 11 (Disclaimers).

You retain ownership of all content, information, prompts, messages, onboarding responses, stories, and materials you submit or create through the Service (“User Content”).
You grant FlowSpeak a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, store, transmit, and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
The AI coaching chat generates responses based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that:
You remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, payment providers, email providers, and artificial intelligence providers, in order to function.
Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and restrictions.
FlowSpeak is not responsible for:
The Service offers a free tier and may offer paid subscription tiers with additional features.
Where paid plans are offered, payments are processed through Stripe or other authorised payment providers.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your selected subscription plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.
All fees are payable in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT, sales taxes, or similar indirect taxes depending on your jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.
Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
Any bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, withholding taxes, or similar charges imposed by third parties shall be borne by the customer.
Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Beotela OOD and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
FlowSpeak processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).
Information you share with the AI coach about your speech may reveal health-related personal data. We process such information only on the basis of your explicit consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing this information is voluntary.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSpeak disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Not medical advice. FlowSpeak is a coaching and self-help tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The Service is not a substitute for professional speech-language therapy, medical care, or mental-health support. You should consult a qualified professional regarding any health concern, and you should never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something provided through the Service. If you are in crisis or believe you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
No guaranteed outcomes. Speech and communication outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in fluency, speech, confidence, or any other outcome. Any examples, testimonials, or results referenced on the Service or in our materials are illustrative only and are not a promise or representation of the results you will achieve.
FlowSpeak does not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowSpeak and Beotela OOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of:
FlowSpeak’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to FlowSpeak during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beotela OOD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
Sections intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Service and accompanied by an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
